  • GOYA® Spanish Olives Stuffed with Minced Pimientos become the ideal hors d'oeuvre at lunches and dinners. Likewise, Spanish Olives Stuffed with Minced Pimientos can be used for their appeal in the decoration of dishes and cocktails such as, the very traditional “Dry Martini”.

    Dry Martini Recipe: For this cocktail add ice, three parts gin and one part white vermouth to a mixing glass, stirring with a spoon. Let it sit for half a minute so that the ice gives off some of its water and chills the mixture. Then, sieve the mixture into a cocktail glass and decorate with several GOYA® Queen Spanish Olives Stuffed with Minced Pimientos skewered on a toothpick.

    Cheese and stuffed olive balls: To prepare this starter with GOYA® Queen Spanish Olives Stuffed with Minced Pimientos, mix cheddar cheese, butter and flour. Make small balls with this dough and place the olives inside. Dredge the cheese and olive balls in beaten egg and bread crumbs and fry them to get a crispy outside layer. Serve them paired with yogurt sauce.
