Andy Neiman & Steve Gregory - “Crisis Management 2.0 - How to handle the messaging during and after a crisis” Award-winning journalist Steve Gregory and Los Angeles Police Department Captain Andy Neiman will use case studies from police, fire, and hospital incidents, including analysis of the high profile OIS in Ferguson, MO which encompassed law enforcement and politics. DPS Commissioner Keith D. Squires Darrin Grondel - Lessons learned in Washington State including several compelling recommendations on what jurisdictions can do now to combat impaired driving addressing data collection, crash reporting, toxicology, phlebotomy officers, Standard Field Sobriety Testing, Drug Recognitions Experts, and Advanced Impaired Driving Enforcement.
