He will discuss the Boston Marathon Bombing and how strategic decisions and insight changed the outcome of this horrific incident. He will speak of lessons learned on and off the field from his mentors and experiences. Andy Neiman & Steve Gregory - “Crisis Management 2.0 - How to handle the messaging during and after a crisis” Award-winning journalist Steve Gregory and Los Angeles Police Department Captain Andy Neiman will use case studies from police, fire, and hospital incidents, including analysis of the high profile OIS in Ferguson, MO which encompassed law enforcement and politics. Squires Darrin Grondel - Lessons learned in Washington State including several compelling recommendations on what jurisdictions can do now to combat impaired driving addressing data collection, crash reporting, toxicology, phlebotomy officers, Standard Field Sobriety Testing, Drug Recognitions Experts, and Advanced Impaired Driving Enforcement.
