Step 1 :
Please visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssync and click
on Download
Google Apps Sync.
Step 2 :
Save it on Desktop and double click on it to run the setup.
Step 3 :
Progress of setup.
Step 4 :
Go to Start Menu -> All Programs -> Google Apps Migration
-> Google Apps
Migration For Microsoft Outlook.

Click Create Profile.

Click Start Microsoft Outlook.

Step 14 :
Select the newly created profile through above process. By
default it creates
profile name [email protected] - Google Apps
And Close the Outook after Sync Competes.

Go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> User Accounts and
Family Safety.
Step 16 :

Select your earlier Profile other then google and click on
properties.

Identify the Data File of Mara-Ison Account.

Step 21 :
Go to Tab Data Files Select the data file associated with your
mara-ison account
and click Open File Location.
Step 22 :
Note Down the file location of your existing Mara-Ison Account
and go back to
Mail Account Settings.

Click On Add Files and Ok.

Go to the File location noted in Step 22.
Select the .PST file and click Ok.

Click Close.
Open the outlook again and you will find your older mails as
archive below yourgoogle Account.
