• To appreciate the meaning and significance of these basic values

• To be motivated to do our best, using our particular positions, resources, and capabilities, to nurture these basic values among all within our sphere of influence

Preamble

We, the sovereign Filipino people, imploring the aid of Almighty God, in order to build a just and humane societyand establish a Government that shall embody our ideals

and aspirations, promote the common good, conserveand develop our patrimony, and secure to ourselves and our

posterity the blessings of independence anddemocracy under the rule of law and a regime of truth,

justice, freedom, love, equality, and peace, do ordain andpromulgate this Constitution.

1. Faith in the Almighty (Paniniwala)

Jesus said to them,“Have faith in God.Whatever says to the mountain,‘Be lifted up and thrown to the sea,’and does not doubt in his heart but believesthat what he says will happen,it shall be done for him”

(Mark 11:22-23)

Learning Outputs:• To enable the students to recognize their unique Faith in God • To affirm the students unique gift and illustrate to them how

they can continue to live a life of faith in God.
