This is a construction site
Things to keep in mind
■ Long, wide and heavy trucks will be delivering parts and cranes to the site.
■ Cement trucks will be lined up to pour concrete foundations.
■ Equipment will be on the road –forklifts, rubber-tire cranes, aerial man lifts, etc.
■ Stay away if ice is present
■ Do not approach the turbine if trucks are present
■ Do not park near work areas
■ Do not contact Underground Collector System
■ Limit deep ripping to no more than 36-inches
■ Do not contact overhead wires
■ Do not contact junction boxes
■ Call before you dig
Call if anything seems wrong

cable installed between turbines and back to substation
– 4ft trench depth at 4ft below ground surface.
– Trench excavation with heavy rock trenchers
– Fiber optic and ground cable run in the same trench
– Fine screening of excavated material for cable bedding
– Backfilled to the surface and reclaimed to blend in with surroundings
