JARS

QYZ hydraulic drilling jar integrates upward jarring with downward jarring. It is a hydraulic type drilling jar, which is used in all kirds of well conditicn, it generates up and down jarring force by lifting and releasing drill stems when the drilling tools were stuck and make sure drilling operation can go smoothly. This type drilling jar has some advantages like easy operation, stable property, safety and reliability maintenance etc.

YJZ hydraulic-mechanical drilling jar integrates hydraulic principle with mechanical principle, it’s a new type drilling jar, which can suit for all kinds of drilling operations, and go with drilling tools assembly to descend the well when used. The drilling tools are often sticked due to many kinds of reasons in down hole when in normal drilling operations, and this type drilling jar is an effective tool for releasing stuck. When the drilling tools are sticked, it can make drilling jar generate upward or downward jarring force through lifting and landing the drill strings, so it can release resistance and the stick by many time jarring, and recover normal drilling operation promptly. BZ mechanical drilling jar is a full mechanical type drilling jar and releasing stuck tool. It integrates upward jarring with downward jarring releases the tight pull or the sticking or other drilling troubles during drilling. It is a part of drill stem when it needn't jarring and it can work at anytime when need jarring. Thus increasing the work efficiency It has widely load ( jarring force) scope of the upward jarring and the downward jarring, so it can be adjusted at the maintenance stations or on the well sites according to the requirements. DXZ Surface Bumper Jar

DXZ Surface bumper jar is a tool releasing stuck for down hole tools on the wellhead. It applys to release stuck which needs downward jarring like keyslot, shrink neck, fall off block, sticking to stuck etc., it also can relieve down, hole fishing tools. JQ-DH shock absorber is an absorbing tool acting as vertical absorbing function when drilling with cone bits or abrasive coring bits. DRILLING TOOLS FOR TOP DRIVE

IBOP for top drive can be divided into Upper IBOP and Lower IBOP; they are control valves which are used with the top drive system. Usually the two valves connected to the top drive drilling device. The IBOP adopts high reliable metal seal. Soit can bear high pressure upward and downward. The w o r k i n g p r e s s u r e c a n b e achieved 10000 psi or 15000 psi. When well kick occurring, the upper IBOP can be closed by remote controlled, but the lower IBOP will be closed manually. Actuator for top drive is a subsidiary body which controls open and close of Upper IBOP. It works with other accessories of the rig, so that control openning and closing of Upper IBOP on any height of derrick driller console. Both the valve body cavity and accessories have special anticorrosive processing, so that prolong the working life.

Kelly Valve/CockKelly valve also named Kelly cock or drill pipe safety valve. It is a hand control valve

in drill string circulating system and it is one of the effective tools to prevent blowout. Kelly valve is divided into Upper Kelly Valve and Lower Kelly Valve. Upper Kelly Valve is connected between swivel sub and Kelly. Lower Kelly valve is connected between lower end of Kelly and top of drill pipe or lower end of Kelly save sub. Full Opening Safety ValveFull opening safety valve is a hand control valve in drill string circulating system, and

it is one of the effective tools to prevent blowout. In the drilling operation, in order to avoid malignant accidents, full opening safety valve shall be connected between drill pipes in drilling process. The special wrench of full opening safety valve may rotate 90 °according instruction to switch on and off. function is the same as spiral integral blade stabilizer. It can suit to different hole sizes and increase working life by changing the different size sleeve. The sleeve is threaded on the mandrel, so the sleeve can be fasten to the mandrel tightly and changed easily.

Special Stabilizer with Reamer and Back-reamerSpecial stabilizer with reamer and back-reamer is an important tool in

the drilling engineering to prevent well deviation. Apply to stabilize drilling tools in the drilling process of oil, gas and geological exploration. It can increase bit life, drilling speed and well quality. There are several cutting teeth special fixed at both ends of the blades. In this way, this stabilizer is cutting bidirectional when drilling and pulling out, to achieve the effect of repairing and maintaining the wall of a well, making trajectory of well bore as possible as ideal condition, even preventing the phenomenon of dogleg. Especially when pull out, it always hard to pull out of the hole because of hole shrinkage etc. At this moment, the cutting function of back-reamer could eliminate hole shrikage phenomenon, thus to save time and costs for drilling.

AJ safety joint is one kind of safety back off tool which is connecting with drilling string and all kinds of working string in downhole operation. Short Catch Overshot Short catch overshot is used for catching short length fish which the stuck point is closed or

above the coupling, such as tubing, drill pipe, sucker rod and subs. If the fish head is more than 50 mm, it will be catched. The short catch overshot has features of small volume, low cost, reasonable structure design, convenient to use and wide application. The fishing magnet is used for retrieving all types of small junk objects in the oil and geological drilling operation. It has advantages of simple structure,convenient operation, reliable property, small volume and light weight. Pilot MillThe pilot mill is used to mill the fishes which have inner bore instability and shake in the well, such as drill

pipe,drill collar,tubing, etc.The pilot mill is made up of mill shoe body and pilot cone, as the following picture.The upper part of the mill shoe

body is inner thread, the lower part is cylinder which diameter is bigger. Welding YD alloy and anti-abrasive material on the back plane of pilot cone and mill shoe body. The pilot cone has the effect of leading and fixing the top of the fish. And there are 2-4 water crossing grooves on the back plane of the mill shoe body to make sure it can circulate unblocked.

The pilot mill shoes locate the fish by the cone which is entered into the fish, and then rotate with the drilling tool, the mill shoes welded with YD alloy grind the fish.

CEMENTING TOOLS AND CASING ACCESSORIES

Float Shoe, Float Collar & Cementing PlugFloat shoe: when landing the casing, the drill fluid have no resistance to float shoes. The pressure of circulating

mud make the valve head down a displacement, the disc of valve rod’s end will fall off automatically; after stop pumping,the valve press the valve seat upwards under the action of spring, the float valve becomes one-way valve. So that can pump the drilling fluid and cement slurry into it from up to down, but the fluid in the casing or outside casing annulus cant’t be return to prevent from back flow.

float Collar: the using metthod is the same as float shoes except the lower end is pin. It is connected with casing.The usage of float collar is to make the casing landing easily by reducing the loading. When landing the casing, make sure to prevent from the drill fluid flow into the casing. After cementing, the float collar can prevent the cement slurry retuming to the casing.

Cementing Plug: when the drilling fluid make the bottom plug move into the end, raised plum flower petal of the bottom plug’s lower end engaging with the hollow plum flower petal of float collar’s upper end. At the same time, the pressure rise, when reach the definite pressure, the burst disk in the bottom plup crush, the passageway open, and the pump pressure descent, at this time can cementing. After cementing, pumping into th top plug to clean cement slurry on the inner wall, the raised plum flower petal of the top plug engaging with the hollow plum flower petal of the bottom plug.

JY Casing ScraperJY casing scraper is one of auxiliary tools in well completion, testing and

downhole working, It is mainly used for cleaning cement, sand, residual bullets, rag, and otherobjects on casing inner surface, in order to keep casing inner surface cleaning and the drilling tools working normally. JY casing scraper can't be used in drilling operation.

It is one kind of new type casing scraper, not only as general fixed casing scraper, but also used as a rotating type structure casing scraper. If as a fixed casing scraper, as long as increase adjustable pad locates in upper sub to make it non-rotating, otherwise decrease adjustable pad. It will be used as a rotating casing scraper.

DMS Casing AnchorDMS Casing anchor can anchor the casing bottom and formation together in well bore. It can give the prestressing

force to casings in well cementing operation after installing this device. This prestressing force can be kept after the solidification of cement, so that it can avoid or reduce the damage of casing in high temperature drilling. DMS 型套管地锚是在井眼内将套管底端与地层锚定在一起的装置。安装此装置后，在固井作业中可人

对套管的损坏。该地锚是热采井提拉套管施加预应力必需的井下工具，该工具在浅层疏松扩径地层、深部

Roller Kelly BushingRoller kelly bushing is one of the necessary tools for oil drilling operation, which is fixed at the big bushing to

pass the torque to the down hole drilling tools.According to the driving mode, it could be divided into square drive type and pin drive type. According to the

kelly, there are square kelly bushing and hexagonal kelly bushing. It mainly consists of roof cover, bottom cover, axls pin, roller, fastening bolt and stals, etc.

There are four pieces of roller in the bushing which have needle bearing inside the rollers and fastened between roof and bottom cover by and pin and seals at both ends of rollers to prevent the drilling fluid from percolating. There is a stop pin fixed in the seal body to prevent rotating.

The axles of roller is fixed by four pieces of bolt M38 which tightening torque is 2KN·m. There are four hexnuts fixed the top of four large bolts with the covers tightly to avoid loosing.

SUBS

Crossover sub is mainly used in oil, gas and geology drilling process to connect with other drill stem parts. It is connected of upper drilling tools and lower drilling tools. It has well structure and well property. Because of the different connecting components, there are different requirments to crossover subs. It has “A”, “B” and “C” type.

Drill pipe is one of important tools in drilling process. The tool joints are the main components for producing the drill pipe. Weld the tool joints on two sides of drill pipe body by friction welding, the drill pipe are fi nished producing.

Circulating sub is installed in the top of drilling stem. The upper thread is connected with circulating system of casing, tubing, and union thread to circulate the drilling fl uid. It divided into casing circulating sub, tubing circulating sub, union circulating sub and tee sub.

Wear SubIn rotating drilling process, the rotating power of drill bit is from rotary rig platform or top-drive equipment

through the drill stem. In the process of directional,dirlling because of the friction between drill stem and well wall or drill stem and casing, it is difficult to transfer the rotating power, especially in horizontal well. Because of the loss of torque, it will effect the rig efficiency and reduce the rig drilling power. The friction between drill stem and well wall or drill stem and casing will reduce the life of drill stem and casing, also the well wall will become irregularity. Because of the loss of passing torque, it should increase the torque load of drill stem in order to keep the drilling torque on bit. So it will reduce the drill stem’s safety factor. All these will effect the safety, quality and rapid drilling.

Wear sub can valid resolve the above mentioned problems in the process of oil and gas drilling. It can reduce the drilling torque and friction between drill stem and casing by rotating drilling. So it can protect the casing and drill pipe.

Multi-cycle Circulating SubsThe Multi-cycle circulating sub is a sub to provide cycle and

cooperate by dropping the ball several times. The operating steps of this tool is to achieve “shift” of product structure by dropping ball operation. It can generate a definite open or close position when dropping.

The drop ball cannot be pumped thru the tool during the cycle open function.

Advantage:1) The Multi-cycle circulating sub is the perfect tool for use

in high angle and horizontal wells.2) According to the standard, all tools have two large

circulating ports which greatly reduce the risk of plugging.3)The Multi-cycle circulating sub is the only tool that permits

full TFA reverse circulation.4)Due to the unique design of the Multi-cycle tool, the flow

ports are open before the activating ball reaches the catcher seat, in order to prevent the ball into the process being crushed.

5) The Multi-cycle circulating sub can be opened in a fixed position when it has run into the well bore.

6) The Multi-cycle circulating sub permit open and close at least six times, this number can be increased on request.
