We are not a crewing company - those companies call us too. We are not a staffing company. Our ability to take the headache out of the camera department means you can focus on the best production possible while taking away the headache. Our team is the most trained in the business, with more than $100k in equipment provided to every shooter. We will embed, we will purchase the equipment, we will take the risk on your behalf.

Go To Team crews are STAFF - W2, fully insured and bonded. We find developing cameramen, build them through our one of a kind Federally Accredited Apprenticeship program, support them with training and equipment and then place them strategically throughout the country to service our clients.  Our teams understand the politics of shooting environments and can fit any culture, from large sets with celebrity talent, to very personal shoots where the personal touch is important. We pride ourselves in being able to seamlessly blend to form larger and more specialized crews – like transformers of camera because we have them stationed throughout the country. We are your partner.

LocationsGoTo Team currently has crews headquartered in 14 locations throughout the US - which means we have the ability to staff projects – both short term and series – in areas no other company can. We never rely on local TV crews. We bring the most experienced teams in the business anywhere, at any time, with one purpose: you. Be it a presentation or pilot shooting in an area of the country you aren’t comfortable with staffing and we encamp on your behalf, to important shoots in your local market that need our specific brand of passion and drive - GoTo Team has the right crew/s to help you produce dynamic projects.

HGTV’s “Fixer Upper” – produced by High Noon Entertainment: Waco-based production. Using GTT means no need to find crew, or replace crew. We ARE the crew. And we’ve allowed for seamless growth and diversification of team as needed – from Jib to steadicam. We have made a series that is outside a major market look and feel distinctive and rich. Season 3 currently in production.

Litton Entertainment & CBS’ “Game Changer” and “Innovation Nation with Mo Rocca”: these series shoot literally all over the country (and world). Working with GoTo means the series has achieved one, consistent look and feel – while utilizing our crews out of multiple markets – thus decreasing travel costs for crews and allowing for the very best without locking one crew to a long-term contract. The relationship has now expanded to a new series currently shooting for BET. We got the green light, bought the gear, and establish an agreed upon budget in days not weeks. You won't be waiting on us. We're mercenaries.  

A.Smith & Co. turned to GoTo Team to develop the look for “Unsung” – a documentary series on TVOne that is produced with locations across the US. Teams from Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles have been used to bring the series to life. The relationship has now expanded to a new series currently shooting for BET.
