Fyi has committed to visit Santos Valero’s church. Please pray for him.

Saturday 21st February

Peru:- Give thanks for the life of Gregorio Luna who challenged Roberto Masca “to show me” some of the claims in the Bible. He has a personal vision for service to Christ through the church. Praise the Lord.

Sunday 22nd February

Peru:- Thank God for compassionate, brave, resourceful, and bold men like Roberto and Rene who minister to miners around Orcopampa and other remote areas. Wednesday 25th February

Ukraine:- Pastor Vasily writes: “Officially our town is the area of anti-terrorist operation (ATO). In most nearby towns there are fights within 40 km from us. Now the fighting is intensified. Due to the war the food prices have increased by 80 percent. The unemployment and the threat to lives prompts many people to leave. Today there is a real danger of an attack to our towns. Please, pray for us!”

Thursday 26th February

Ukraine:- In spite of the turmoil and unrest in Eastern Ukraine churches are still able to get together to share fellowship and fun. Bible knowledge competitions are arranged for the children. Thank the Lord for the faithfulness and bravery of the ministers and for creativity in encouraging Bible knowledge and understanding.

Friday 27th February

Monday 2nd March

Zimbabwe:- Susan, an orphan, testifies to Rev. Marijeki; “God is doing wonders in my life. I thought of my parents who died and I was preparing to go into the street to look for food but through Mine Ministry I am being helped physically and spiritually. I thank you IMM supporters for helping us”.

Tuesday 3rd March

Wednesday 4th March

Romania:- Please pray for Cornel and Sanda Hudulin as they serve the Lord in the town of Targu Jiu, where several open-cast coal mines are located. Many miners do not wish to know anything about the Good News of Jesus Christ. Many miners have now lost their jobs due to a reduction in the amount of work available following the closure of uneconomic mines.

Thursday 5th March

East Kentucky, USA:- Connie and Sharon Boggs, run Living Waters Ministries and are supported by IMM USA. They take food and other items to the elderly, the unemployed, the downcast, in Eastern Kentucky where so many coal mines have closed. Ask God to encourage them today. Stuart Burns says that he hopes to get a group together for a visit this year.

Friday 6th March

Worldwide:- Miners live in physically difficult remote places where few missionaries serve. They are subject to constant danger and mine related illnesses. Stress on body and soul lead to many social ills and typically a shortened lifespan. Please ask the Lord to send His workers to share His love and grace into these “harvest fields”.
