re-active service and maintenance visits at
sea, port or in the dry dock.
We have a dedicated team of experienced engineers providing 24-7support for our clients. We provide multi-disciplined teams tomaintain both portable and fixed fire, security, communications, lifesafety and ancillary equipment.
Our solid, long term customer relationships are based on ourcontinual ability to meet the shipping industry’s needs throughout theoperational lifetime of a vessel.
Our operational system can be integrated or coordinated with yoursto improve efficiency. In addition to our dedicated Service &Maintenance teams in Australia, France, Germany, Holland, Italy,Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the USA,we have a large number of contracted Marine Distributors locatedthroughout the Americas and the Caribbean.
Crucial onboard equipment is constantlysubjected to changes in climate, temperatureand vibration that can cause equipment tounexpectedly break down.
When this happens, our Customer Servicesteam can respond to provide local assistance24 hours a day, seven days a week acrossall time zones.
Our mission is to get the equipment operating with minimaldisruption to the vessel's schedule. We achieve this by usingour local network or by deploying engineers and parts by nextday air directly to a vessel to save both time and expense.
