The Event Guide is distributed at high‐traffic loca ons including entrances and registra on. The event guide will be printed for a endees onsite and will then be available online a er the show.

Electronic Artwork (PC and Mac) dmg :: events operates on the Mac pla orm in the following formats: ‐ InDesign ‐ QuarkXPress 8 ‐ Adobe Illustrator ‐ Adobe Photoshop ‐ Adobe PDF Press Ready Mechanical Specs ‐ Line screen is 150 dpi ‐ Prin ng: Sheet‐fed offset ‐ All ads measure width x height in inches; ads not received in these formats will not be accepted Fonts ‐ If possible, please convert fonts to outlines Accepted Media ‐ Use StuffIt (.sit) or ZIP file compression, and transmit to dmg via FTP Colour ‐ Use only process colours (CMYK) Photographs/Artwork ‐ All images must be minimum 300 dpi ‐ Place all images at 100% ‐ Save image files in PDF, EPS or TIFF format at 300 dpi ‐ Convert fonts to paths (outline fonts) Proofs All submissions must be final to ensure the best quality. TERMS AND CONDITIONSTERMS AND CONDITIONS
The adver ser agrees to pay a deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the value of adver sing upon signing this agreement to confirm the order for adver sing and agrees to all condi ons outlined as within the following terms. Please complete the payment details. PAYMENT TERMS (a) A deposit equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total value of the adver sing is required to be paid upon booking any order for adver sing in any Official Publica on. (b) The outstanding balance of the total value of the adver sing order is required within thirty (30) days from the last day of the Show or proof of the printed adver sing (which ever should occur first). (c) All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars ($). (d) A fi een percent (15%) agency commission applies to each order received from the Agency of Record of any adver ser of the Show. (e) Online adver sing is payable upon receipt of invoice. Invoice will be provided upon purchase. DELIVERY OF ARTWORK (e) The adver ser agrees to deliver the artwork for inser on before the deadline and in the appropriate format outlined in the Sponsorship & Adver sing Kit. (f) The publisher reserves the right to charge back to the adver ser all costs incurred with respect to artwork, late delivery, typese ng, re‐sizing and film on materials supplied or developed on behalf of the adver ser. The publisher accepts no responsibility for mistakes or omissions in adver sing supplied or developed on behalf of the adver ser. (g) All submissions must be final to ensure the best quality; no press proofs are provided to adver sers or their agency of record. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION (h) The adver ser shall have the right to cancel this agreement by no ce in wri ng to be delivered to dmg no later than sixty (60) days preceding the opening date of the Show. All deposits received by dmg up to the date of no ce of cancella on are non‐refundable and non‐transferable. In the event that the adver ser (i) no fies dmg less than sixty (60) days preceding the opening date of the Show that it wishes to cancel this agreement; or (ii) fails to make payments in accordance with the payment schedule set out herein; or (iii) except as otherwise permi ed herein, fails to deliver artwork; dmg reserves the right to (iv) cancel this the agreement without no ce; (v) retain any payment made by the adver ser as liquidated damages (and not as a penalty) for breach of this agreement; (vi) re‐license the space for adver sing; and (vii) bring ac on against the adver ser for payment of the full inser on originally purchased from dmg. (i) In the event that this agreement is cancelled or terminated, the adver ser shall immediately cease using any event, Show or dmg::events logos or trademarks.
