The IdeaMonitoring Nigeria’s presidential election, to promote global citizenship, encourage knowledge sharing, and to carry out an assessment of the role of technology via digital platforms as the new mode of information/knowledge sharing and civic participation.

Why?● Like many countries, Nigeria’s online

information space has been beset by misinformation and unhealthy dialogue throughout this election cycle

● There’s a lack of trusted curated online media information for Nigerians in diaspora and interested foreign observers.

- We will observe the role of digital platforms in information dissemination

How? We will do this;

- Online - by initiating, following and engaging in discussions with the mainstream digital platforms where election discussions are taking place.

- Offline - documentary, face-to-face discussions, question and answer sessions with each other here at Harvard.

Who?● Hosted by by HGSE Global Citizens
