Disbursement and donor listsDisbursement occurs each month
With your disbursement you will get a reconciled donation sheet with donor name (unless anonymous), email address, donation amount and any fees.
You will get this towards the end of the month after the donation has been made (January funds will be disbursed in February, etc)
You can see your donation information (gross) on your project page once you are logged in.
Getting your donation informationYou can access your donor information in real time by logging on to the Project Entry site on GlobalGiving.org
This site also allows you to download all of your past donation information
Please note this provides gross donation information (not counting fees or add ons)
You can send thank you notes directly through the GlobalGiving site.
Adding and Editing ProjectsNow that you have succeeded in the
challenge you are eligible to enter as many projects as you’d like to on the site. (Don’t forget you have to report on all projects on the site, though.)
Don’t forget to press “Validate and Submit” in tab 5.
Once you submit, GG staff reviews and approves the projects. Projects will be up on the site in about two business days!

Project ReportsProject reports are required every three
months
They are sent out to all your donors and are posted on your project page
Project reports (~100-600 words) can contain:Progress of your project and accomplishmentsBeneficiary storiesQuotes Impact Numbers, especially related to your
donation optionsUpcoming or past eventsPictures
When are projects taken off of www.globalgiving.org?
Fully fundedYou will receive a notification from our staff when
your project is nearing or reaches full funding. If your project has been fully funded in part by
outside sources, let us know ([email protected]) and we will mark it as funded.
Non-compliance (non-reporting, organization no longer operational, financial mismanagement)
Projects remain on GlobalGiving until they are funded or taken down for non-compliance.
Developing a long-term fundraising strategy
Include your GG strategy in your overall fundraising strategy
Set ambitious, but realistic goals
Plan a calendar
Take advantage of special events or opportunities
