Mr. Levi was from Germany. Slide 4 Foods Germany is famous for its beer, pretzels, chocolate, sour kraut, and sausage. Slide 5 Culture A lot of people in Germany are Protestants and Roman Catholic. People there celebrate Christmas, Easter, and Halloween feast. Slide 6 Language People from Germany speak German. Here are a few words of it: Gutentag(hello), wunderbar (wonderful), Auf wiederhoren (goodbye), bruder (brother), Gluckwunsche (congratulations), and eureka! (I have found it). Slide 7 Famous Places Berlin, Germany is a famous place in Germany because for one it is the capital of Germany. Second, it had two famous speeches there during the Cold War.
