Pathologist Spotlight Tajinder (TJ) Bisla, M.D. Senior Pathologist

Dr. Tajinder (TJ) Bisla joined PathLogic in 2016. Previously, Dr. Bisla worked for Cellnetix Pathology & Laboratories, a multispecialty hospital-based pathology practice in Seattle, WA. He received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He completed his residency in anatomic and clinical pathology, and a fellowship in general surgical pathology at University of California, San Diego. He has broad expertise in all areas of surgical pathology and cytopathology including genitourinary, gastrointestinal, liver, lung, breast, gynecologic, thyroid, lymph node, and bone marrow pathology. Dr. Bisla is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Paul Kirshman, M.D. Pathologist

Dr. Kirshman currently serves as a Pathologist for NeoGenomics, and performed pathology services for Clarient Diagnostic Services, Inc. for six years prior to the NeoGenomics acquisition in 2015. Previously, Dr. Kirshman served as a Staff Pathologist at Urocor and US Labs, where his focus was on prostate pathology. Dr. Kirshman received his medical degree from the University of Montpellier, France; residency training at Westchester County Medical Center in Valhalla, NY; and fellowship training in molecular pathology under Dr. Mark Sobel at National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

Michael Orejudos, M.D. Cytopathologist

Dr. Orejudos serves as a Cytopathologist at PathLogic in West Sacramento, California and Chief of Cytopathology and Medical Director of Microbiology at the David Grant U.S. Air Force Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his transitional internship at Malcolm Grow Medical Center Transitional Internship National Capital Consortium at Andrews AFB, Maryland. Dr. Orejudos completed his pathology residency and cytopathology fellowship at the San Antonio Uniformed Pathology Residency Services Health Education AP/CP Consortium. He is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and holds a subspecialty certification in Cytopathology.
