MINIMUM QUANTITIES and PRICING
Note: Prices in this catalog are net prices, and are intended for the
wholesale trade only. Prices are stated in U.S. funds, F.O.B. Gresham,
Oregon, and cancel all previous price offerings.
PRICES LISTED HEREIN ARE EFFECTIVE 7/1/11 6/30/12
Minimum quantities are not required, but we
do encourage you to consider purchase of
quantities in excess of the suggested minimums tabulated below as you
will receive a better value for larger quantities purchased.
Volume Quantity Rates apply per shipment only.
Minimum orders $1,000 - June 2 through February 28
Minimum orders $2,000 - March 1 through June 1
DISCOUNT PROGRAM
We will offer our customers a discount on every invoice and the
discount is based on their combined container, ball and burlap, and
bareroot purchases the previous year. Discounts are awarded on those
invoices paid within terms and are valid on catalog priced material
only. Discounts will not be given on special priced items but will
contribute to overall discount percentage. New customers are entitled
to the discount that corresponds with the dollar amount of their first
order. The chart below shows the discount percentage associated with
annual purchases.

Our terms of sale are cash to customers we have not yetestablished a relationship. Terms for customers withestablished credit are net 30 days. All past due accountswill be charged 1.5 % per month on the unpaid balance.
We will consider new accounts with establishedcompanies only after a written request that providessufficient credit information upon which the
determination of credit worthiness can be made. A creditapplication blank may be found in the appendix.
Inter-bank transfers can be arranged for those customerswishing to do so. Simply instruct your bank to wirefunds to:

*In addition to Inter-bank transfers, we are now acceptingVisa, Mastercard, and American Express. We will beoffering you the processing fees on the first $5000charged in a given month free of charge. Any dollaramount in excess of $5000 will be subject to thepercentage of the processing fee at the time of the charge.

PLANT HARDINESS ZONE RATINGS
Every item in the catalog lists a hardiness rating zonethat the plant can reasonably well be expected to endurebased on the USDA Cold Hardiness Rating. The USDAaverage annual minimum temperatures for each Zone areincluded below for reference.

PATENT FEES
Patent fees are in addition to the catalog prices listedherein. All patented plant material is clearly indicated inthe catalog and a list of patent fees is tabulated in theAppendix.
CUSTOM TAGGINGFor your convenience and so you can begin selling yournursery stock as soon as its unloaded off the truck wecan now print custom tags with your company name,retail price and UPC code and have them placed directlyon your order. The cost for this service is $0.15 per tag.If you would like this service, please request this at thetime you order.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & CONFIRMATION
We will acknowledge receipt of your order within 10business days. Confirmations will be sent to thosecustomers whose accounts are current, and to newcustomers beginning August 1, for Fall 2011 orders andbeginning September 15, for Spring 2012 orders. AllSpring orders not picked up by the 15th of May will be
released into open inventory and made available for saleon a first come basis. All orders will be confirmed oncethe credit has been established or full payment has beenmade for the amount of the order.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by January1. Cancellations after January 1 are subject to a thirtypercent (30%) restocking charge.
SHIPMENTS
Our goal is to have high quality plants at your place ofbusiness in the best condition possible. This processbegins with propagation and ends with loading yourplants on the truck. Our responsibility ends at this point.
We will do our best to locate trucks for you or well beglad to load the material on a truck furnished by you.For the trucks that we arrange, all freight will be C.O.D.and paid to the truck broker, unless otherwise noted. Allshipments will be by refrigerated truck, unless otherwisespecified.
TEMPERATURE RECORDERS
For your protection and to ensure that your order stays ata safe temperature while in transit we put a temperaturerecorder in each truck. There will be a $10 per ordercharge for this service.
PACKING CHARGES
Liners in 2-1/4 or 4 pots will be packaged in waxed
cartons and shipped UPS or Air Freight at your request.There will be a packing charge of $5.00 per box inaddition to the freight charge.
GUARANTEE
We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to thevariety or productivity of any plant that we sell. Shouldany plant prove untrue to name as labeled, it is mutuallyagreed that our total liability, upon satisfactory proof,shall be limited to the purchase price only.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Plant growth depends on conditions beyond our control.For this reason, we reserve the option of makingsubstitutions in grade, up or down, without prior
notification. If this is not satisfactory, please let us knowat the time you order.
CLAIMS
Each order is counted carefully, and only the best plantsare picked to insure shipment of the highest possiblegrade. Claims for errors must be made in writing within5 days of receipt of goods, and all claims must beaccompanied by a photograph of each plant for which aclaim is requested.
