Stakeholder Engagement Definition for Survey

• Broad definition that should include some type of

dialogue.

– Could include one-way media or communications

– should be part of a thought-out process and plan for

either one-time or ongoing interaction at some level

• Dialogue used to improve decision making and

accountability

• Level of interaction accounts for various

perspectives, priorities and limitations of different

stakeholders.
