2 Project Director

The application, documents and related undertaking are checked as per guidelines. After examination of the application : (i) If there are deficiencies in the Proposal or if the Proposal is not admissible; The same is communicated to Applicant. Applicant may submit the revised proposal. (ii) If Proposal is OK, forward the proposal to Independent/Authority Consultant and Concessionaire.

Examination of the proposal and a joint site

inspection is done. A site visit report is

prepared and forwarded to the Project

Director.

The site inspection is carried out and forwards the proposal with recommendations for approval to NHAI Regional Officer.

5 NHAI Regional Officer

Grants approval or rejection and communicates to the Project Director.

Conveys approval/rejection to Applicant (Agency) and in case of approval, issues Demand Note to Applicant (Agency).

7 Days

7 Applicant (Agency)

Completes the necessary payment for the Demand Note issued.

15 Days

8 Project Director

Executes the agreement after verification of

Bank Guarantee and issues the Final

Permission to the Applicant (Agency).
