Logic Gates British Bulldog

Step One• All of the students

pick a number and a colour. (can be done by a simple random generator on a computer or with cards pulled out of a hat)

Step Two• The teacher calls out

a number and a colour using a logic gate. The person with that number ’gets caught’ and moves to the middle of the room. The rest move to the opposite side of the room.

Variation - Logic Gates Tag

• Setting: Any class• The teacher will create 4-5 safe bases and spread them out as far

as possible.  Make these safe bases by pushing desks together.  • Assign approximately 4 students to be “IT.”  These students will stay

between the safe bases.  The other students will be located at one of the safe bases.

• The teacher will call out a logic gate, a number, and a colour.  Students, whose colour and number make the logic gate true, are required to run to another safe base.

• If such a student is tagged by someone who is IT before he or she reaches another safe base, then he or she is IT.  The person who did the tagging is no longer IT and will therefore, go the nearest safe base.
