Expert Pool: 01 Sr Engineer 50k-100k for each 500 sites
Field Team: 02 Engineers 25-100k each and Two Sr. Techs 25k each, 1 Sr.Rigger 25k for each 350 sites in a mixed Rural and Urban area. Indistant areas with Jr. but trained technicians could be sufficient to takecare of few sites.
Eventually the SLA dictates the Size of FLM teams
