Goals / Strategies: Site with least impact Encourage development to urban areas preserving
natural resources Encouraging alternative transportation methods
Proposed Implementation:
Alignment will avoid Vernal pool and proposing mitigation amphibian crossing

Goals / Strategies:
On-site stormwater treatment/infiltration to meet the EPA’s Best Management Practices
Proposed Implementation:
Stormwater treated on-site before released off-site.
At natural low points, on site detention and sedimentation basins.

Goals / Strategies:
Provide shade on at least 30% of non-roof impervious surfaces, including parking lots and walkways.
Minimize light trespass
Proposed Implementation:
If captured rain is desired, it will take some time to be established and will have to be supplemented as deemed necessary.
Trees both sides of roadway with light colored sidewalks.
Full cutoff light fixtures. Zero-bleedoff.
Turf mixtures are drought tolerant.
