The first two commercially successful ultravio- let WV) powder coating pro- cesses, Baldor’s electric motor and Valeo Engine Cooling’s aluminum radiator, incorporate Fusion UV’s high-power F600S microwave- powdered ultraviolet lamps. In both applications the powder is melted and flows at about 230°F and is then UV cured without fur- ther increasing the temperature of the motor or radiator assembly.
