Full Deck Creating your Full Deck is different from creating your Pitch Deck. The Pitch Deck is the PowerPoint you’ll use during your 3-minute pitch. The Full Deck is the PowerPoint you’ll send to investors afterwards. The Pitch Deck must be concise and visual, while the Full Deck is longer and more complete. Slide 1 - Title Page

Slide 2 - Big Vision

• What is the big opportunity here? How will you change the world? Slide 3 - Problem / Solution

• What problem will you solve for your customers? Slide 4 - Your Product or Service

• Show your product - make it visual • What benefits does your product provide your customers? • If you have a short, amazing video, you can show it here

Slide 5 - Technology (optional)

• Describe the technology behind your solution • Focus on how the technology enables the differentiated aspects of your solution • If appropriate, mention patent status

Slide 6 - Competition

• Describe why customers use your product instead of the competition’s • What’s your secret sauce? How is your product different? • Never deny that you have competitors — everyone has competitors

Slide 7 - Addressable Market

Slide 8 - Business Model
