Be Prepared

Research the company

Have questions prepared

Know the salary range before the interview

Know as much as possible about the package

John
If possibel, good to have a sense for the benefits package before the interview. Make sure you get a tour of your office and surrounding area (at the minimum). Always look for ways you can explain how you will be an asset to the firm if they hire you.
