very much important with the hospital up-to-date equipment’s and (51.4%) of the respondents

are inferred important with the materials associated with the service in hospital. (51.0%) of the

respondents are inferred with important with the hospital physical facilities.51.0% of the

respondents are inferred with the doctor’s & staff attire.
