Reports

What is FrogParent?FrogParent is an online tool that will enable you as a parent to stay updated with your child’s academic records (such as attendance, behaviour, assessment and reports) and other useful school information.

Please use Google Chrome as your web browser for FrogParentA web browser is a computer application used to view web pages on the internet.

Do not use your browser’s back and forward button when browsing sites on FrogParent. Use FrogParent’s application tray to switch between open sites on Frog.

The application tray can be found on frog’s navigation bar.This tool enables you to switch between sites you have opened in FrogParent.

Enter your username and password

For first time FrogParent users, you will be prompted to change your password on your first log in.

This tool lets you switch between sites you have opened in FrogParent.

Displays notifications.

This is the first page that you will see after you logged in.

The first button takes you to the parent dashboard whilst the second one takes you to your personal timeline.

The Parent Dashboard

Your personal timeline gives insight into your child’s learning journey as well as a better awareness of what your child is working in (i.e. homework, events, etc).

On your personal timeline you will find: • notifications regarding class sites that have been shared with your child • event invitations • notifications regarding your child’s homework

Note: The first button takes you to the parent dashboard whilst the second one takes you to your personal timeline.

To navigate to your personal timeline, click the second dot on the frog navigation bar

How to use FrogParent

You can also go to “My child” page to view your child’s school records.

From the home page, click the record’s page link.

If you have 2 or more children in the school, click the arrows on the right hand side of the ‘select user’ tool to switch between your children’s information.

Select the child whose data you wish to view

By default, the attendance, behaviour and report widgets will display records from the first day of the current month to the present date. If you wish to view your child’s past school records, you need to change the date range.

Select the date range and click ‘apply’

To change the date range, click the ‘date picker’ button beside the date field and select a start date and an end date. School records from and to these dates will be displayed.

Click the report’s page link on the hompage or go to ‘my child’s page’ and select ‘reports’.

How to download your child’s reports

Select the child whose data you wish to view

Select user tool

Select the date range and click ‘apply’

Double click on the document that you require to download

Click ‘download file’

Your download should start automatically.

Click the ‘frog head’ icon on the navigation bar

How to change your password

Click ‘change password’

Enter your new password, confirm it and click ‘save’
