• Cpk analysis performed between SCM/TJN for each test, at 3 temperatures.

• Drift study performed between SCM/TJN. We checked all parameters with

SR>3 (Statistical relevance between SCM/TJN) and Cpk<1.67.

• No Cpk degradation compared to SCM: any test found at 3 temperatures with

Cpk<1.67 & SR>3.

• This exercise was done at CT/HT/RT on the same parts between SCM/TJN,

on 3 lots:

ME007VGT00: ~350 parts

ME007VGQ00: ~700 parts

ME007WE900: ~400 parts

• These parts were first tested in SCM, and the rejects were collected (by

temperature) and Bin1.

• These parts were retested in TJN to confirm Bin1 and rejects parts.

• We confirm that the correlation is good between the 2 sites. Performances

are similar between SCM and TJN.
