    PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

    Mr. Gustafson is a native of Tiburon, California. Graduating from Northrup Institute of

    Technology with a degree in Engineering Mr. Gustafson joined Rockwell

    International as a member of the technical staff responsible for the development

    and implementation of the operational resource and maintenance programs for the

    B-1 and shuttle projects. During his time at Rockwell he became interested in real

    estate both as an investment vehicle and career. Upon leaving Rockwell Mr.

    Gustafson joined the staff of Frank Howard Allen and Company where he quickly

    moved up to office manager of their Novato Office. Under his direction the Novato

    office became the top unit producer for the company with a staff of 40 agents. His

    efforts did not go unnoticed by the real estate industry and he was then recruited to

    Valley Realty where he was appointed corporate Vice President and Regional

    Manager, overseeing 11 offices and 600 sales associates. Upon the merger of Valley

    Realty with Coldwell Banker Mr. Gustafson started his own company to serve the

    needs of his investor clients through limited partnership offerings primarily in the

    medium office market. He was responsible for the development of over 1,000,000

    square feet of class A and B office product through 12 limited partnership offerings

    in the Western United States.

    Mr. Gustafson has been engaged in the commercial real estate world for over 20

    years with expertise in Land, office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties. He

    has a long list of both national and local clients such as AVIS, ACE Hardware, Dollar

    Tree, Sherwin Williams, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Natural Mattress Store, Turrentine Wine

    Brokers, Enterprise, Change Integration to name a few. He has worked with many of

    the industry leaders in the Housing world such as the New Home Company, Ryder

    Communities, Lafferty Communities, Blue Homes , and NFH. He brings his

    knowledge of Engineering, Sales and Project Management to the benefit of his

    clients and their real estate needs.

    Trish began her career in 1992 with property management and reservationsfor a company in Kauai, Hawaii. She has over 24 years’ experience inhandling units for the resort. This included Strategic planning related tobudget, revenue, and risk management for the owners. In 2002, she decidedit was time to get her real estate license to have the additional expertise inher business with Century 21. She invested in various associations andcontinuing education to keep her clients informed.In 2017, Trish realized she wanted to devote her time to Commercial RealEstate. It has been a growing passion since 1986 when she worked for theHamilton Field Development Project in Novato, CA. Trish continued hereducation taking various courses in Real Estate Development, AssetManagement, and Investments. Trish has experience in 1031 Exchanges,Multifamily, Leasing, and Sales. Her concentration is focused on Industrialand Tenant Representation. She is a Member with the following Associations:Urban Land Institute, IREM, and Realtors Land Institute.Trish grew up In Marin County, CA. She graduated from Terra Linda High andwent on to San Francisco School of Travel to learn about the culture in othercountries as well as travel. She then attended Santa Rosa Junior College tostudy Business Law and Business Management with a minor in Art History.Trish is a resident of Sonoma County and enjoys spending time with herfamily and friends as well as hiking, golf, and relaxing by the water.
