To register for either of the courses, simply telephone or email, providing the details in the table below, to guarantee your place. The one day course costs just £295 + VAT, which includes a practical reference workbook, a hot buffet lunch and for new clients a FREE half-day follow-up at your site!!
Early registration is highly recommended to guarantee places. Delegate numbers are limited to 18 to ensure a good workshop-style learning. Reservations should be made by Friday 14th April 2017. Please note- For sites, that are looking to send multiple del-egates (7+) it can often be more cost effective to consider organising a training course at your site tailored exclusively to your company and specific food/drink sector.

The chosen venue is the Crowne Plaza (formerly Holiday Inn), located in Solihull, West Midlands and is just off Junction 5 of the M42 and only 3 miles from Birmingham International Airport. The hotel provides plenty of free parking and free Wi-Fi. Hotel guests receive complimentary use of the spa, sauna, swimming pool along with all fitness and leisure facilities.
