● Customized My Stamp is a personalised sheets of postage stamps, wherein

the corporate, organisations and institutions can get their customised sheets

printed from India Post. Alongside these customised themed stamps, the

organisation may opt for printing of their logo, and images of their

organisation/institute or the photographs of their employees printed. Recently

Mahanagar Gas Limited, New India Assurance, State Bank Of India, Ebixcash

Money, Lilavati Hospital, India ITME society Etc. availed this facility, to celebrate

their milestone achievements.

SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN

Initiatives taken under ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ in Maharashtra Postal Circle – 2020● Various activities such as Shramadan in Post Offices/RMS offices, cleaning ofPostal Colonies, weeding out of old records, tree plantation in Postal colonies &Post Office premises. Awareness made amongst the staff for better sanitationpractices like hand washing, health and hygiene etc.

●Post offices/RMS offices are sanitized regularly to contain the Spread of Covid-19.

● Forests and trees are critical to the ecological and economic well-being of thenation. As per National Forest Policy – Tree Plantation was carried out inMaharashtra Circle under which more than 18,500 trees were planted around PObuildings, Branch PO and Postal Colonies etc.

Citizen Centric Services offered by India Post

Aadhaar project was set up on 20th June 2017. Facility for Aadhaar enrolment &Updation is available in 1293 Post Offices in Maharashtra Circle.

In the year 2019-20 : 1,99,266 individuals have enrolled at Post Offices and12,01564 Aadhaar holders have updated their Aadhaar data at Post Offices.

2585 Aadhaar Camps held across various schools, colleges, residential colonies,Housing Societies, Gram Panchayat .

Post Office Seva Kendras :

38 POPSKs are functional in Maharashtra Circle.

50 IP-PRS are functional in Maharashtra Circle catering to reservation related needs ofRailway passengers.

Postman Mobile App (PMA) : being used in the Circle for real time updationof delivery status of all accountable Postal articles specially e-commercearticles.• 16,458 Smart Phones are utilised at Delivery Post Offices in the Circle.• On an average 1.9 lakh articles handled under PMA daily, with 89%

delivery efficiency and improving day by day. Post Info Service request : A new service feature “Post info App” introduced

for submission of service requests by the customers to avail various postalservices for essential and medical items in Covid-19 scenario.• Customer can generate the service request and track it by entering mobile

number or request reference number through app / link. View booking & delivery information : Provision made for all bulk customers

(even for bulk retail customers having no contract with DoP) and separatelyfor all Hon’ble High Courts, to view booking & delivery information of allkinds of accountable articles viz. Speed post, Regd. Letter, Red. Parcels, etc.

International Business Centre (IBC) : A dedicated single point interfacefor streamlining the entire processing including pre-custom clearance,booking, uploading of data & despatch of articles to various foreigndestinations seamlessly.• Set up at APSO Mumbai since 04/07/2018.• Total 3.05 Lakhs articles with a revenue of Rs. 33.80 Cr booked at

IBC• About 239 customers served by IBC.

BNPL Agripada – Bulk speed Post processing centre at Mumbai• 1.41 Cr Speed Post Articles booked/ processed.• Total revenue of Rs. 60.61 Cr.

EPPC Parel : Dedicated e-Commerce Parcel Processing Centre (EPPC) tocarter e-commerce bulk customers at Parel.• Total 1,68,791 Speed Post, Express and Business Post Parcels

booked/processed• Total revenue - ₹3.98 Cr.

Implemented MNOP, PNOP for early transmission of mails andoptimum utilization of resources.
