The court concludes Miles poses an extreme danger to the community, and poses significant risk of new criminal behavior. Joseph T. Brady, 156 Knopp Lane, Lebanon, was sentenced to five years after violating his probation by driving under the influence, possession of meth and traffic offenses. The court concludes Brady poses an extreme danger to the commu- nity, and poses significant risk of new criminal behavior. Gary W. Baker, 135 Spears Lane, Hustonville, was sentenced to two years after violating his probation by absconding, pos- session of marijuana in Boyle County, failure to complete treat- ment, use of illegal drugs and felony possession of meth and other drugs. The court concludes Baker poses a significant risk of new criminal behavior and is a risk to the public. He has commit- ted a felony in six decades. Joseph Clark, 855 St. Francis Road, St. Francis, pled guilty to fleeing or evading police and third-degree assault of a police officer/probation officer. He was sentenced to one year, pretrial diverted for one year. He was ordered to report to probation and parole, commit no viola- tions of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no use/possession of firearms and pay $160 court costs. Fines were waived. Danny Followell, 625 Maple Street, Lebanon, pled guilty to amended charges of theft by deception, and he was sentenced to 12 months, probated for 24 months. Joseph A. Calhoun, 418 E. Main Street, Lebanon, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first-degree possession of cocaine and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. He will be sentenced on July 8. Crystal A. Page, 11 Howard Avenue, Lebanon, pled guilty to theft by unlawful taking of $500 or more but under $10,000. She was sentenced to three years, pretrial diverted for three years. She was ordered to report to probation and parole, commit no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol and no use/ possession of firearms. Court costs and fines waived. She was ordered to pay $1,388.94 in res- titution. Charles T. Harvey, Bardstown, pled guilty to amended charges of second-degree sexual abuse, first-degree wanton endanger- ment and two counts of second- degree sexual abuse. He will be sentenced June 17. Timothy J. Jones, address unknown, pled guilty to first- degree fleeing or evading police and first-degree criminal mis- chief. He was sentenced to four years, probated for five years. He was ordered to report to proba- tion and parole, commit no viola- tions of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol and no use/possession of firearms and complete alcohol treatment.
