Akple – maize dough finely ground and boiled in water

Akple and Okro soup

Akple – Here’s the dough after it has

been baked

Okro Soup – A soup made from finely chopped and ground red

peppers, mixed with palm oil, okra and water. A smoked fish will be

cooked in this soup.

is prepared
