Flats will be allocated as for “first come first served” policy

*Four studios and seven one bed flat per floor.

*Studios # 201s and 202s, 210s and 211s, 301s and 302s can be turned into two bedroom flats. Same for fourth floor, 409d and 401d can be either studios or two bedroom flats.

*Land belongs to FFLV and buyers will own the perpetual right of use. They can also rent or resell the same.

*There will be a monthly maintenance fee for R.O. (reverse osmosis water filtration) and water supply, lift, genset, gardening and security.

*Electric meters will be on individual flats.
