Equipped with a large capacity impactcrusherEquipped with the KR1313 impact crusher, which is one of the largest crushers thatcan be transported without disassembling. It of course crushes concrete debris, butalso fine crushes natural stone, and produces large volumes of high quality productin a single pass. The crusher is equipped with variable speed drive, enabling theproduction and gradation to be adjusted.
● Equipped with an automatic gap adjustmentmechanism. The latest automatic gap adjustment mechanism isused. The gap can be changed with one touch, simply by inputting theoutlet gap size.
Auto The gap can be adjusted automatically, simply byinputting the numerical value for the gap size.
Semi-auto The gap can be adjusted to the desired size byoperating the buttons.
● Hopper with outstanding loadability and visibility. Thehopper boasts the minimum loading height of any product in its class,and it is designed to be sturdy enough to withstand the weight oflarge rocks when they are dropped in.
● Feeder delivers high crushing efficiency. Komatsu’s semi-auto feeder system is used. If the crusher becomes overloaded, thefeeder will adjust the speed automatically so it delivers the highestcrushing efficiency for the type and characteristics of each rawmaterial.
● Grizzly feeder with outstanding muck extractioncharacteristics. The use of an upward slope feeder and 2-stagegrizzly bar, that makes it difficult for the debris to clog up themachinery, delivers outstanding muck removal performance. Inaddition, the feed volume can be adjusted using the feeder speeddial. A muck chute, which can be switched between mixing andseparation of muck is provided as standard equipment. If the optionalside conveyor is used along with it, removal of muck from yourproduct can be accomplished easily.
● Large capacity long belt conveyor. A 1200 mm 48" wide,high speed conveyor for discharge of large volumes quickly isprovided. The discharge height is high at 3 m 9.'10".
● High mobility and transportability. The undercarriage of theKomatsu PC200LC hydraulic excavator is used. It delivers excellentmobility. Also, the use of a crusher case slide mechanism keeps theoverall height to within 3.5 m 11'6" while it is being transported.

● Outstanding performance and reliability. Highly reliablemonitoring system and technology developed for constructionequipment are used. In addition, a pre-cleaner and a double elementtype air cleaner, which are highly effective in preventing dust fromgetting in the engine, are standard equipment. A large inspection dooris also provided on the side of the crusher, enabling a quickerresponse if trouble should occur, giving this unit outstandingmaintenance characteristics.
● Pedestal Crane used for service and maintenance of the interiorcrusher wear parts. Easy removal of blow bars.
● User friendly and comfortable design that is easy onpeople and the environment. A clean engine that conforms tothe North American EPA Tier 2 emission regulations is used.
● Water spray system with 2 nozzles for spraying water to preventdust is mounted as standard equipment, and other features such as afull cover on the belt conveyor to keep dust from scattering areincluded to provide a design that gives consideration to theenvironment.
● Easy Operation. All the basic operations are conducted from theground. The drive system is also operated from a control panel on thetop. An optional radio control system that enables remote operation isalso available.
● Safety•Emergency shut-off buttons are located on the left and right sides ofthe chassis, on the control panel and the radio remote control(optional).
•A rotating lamp flashes when there is a malfunction on the monitordisplay (for example, when overheating occurs) and the operator isalso alerted by a buzzer in the event of an unusual shut-down on theconveyor belt or optional equipment.
•A switch is provided to change between crushing, travel andinspection mode.
•Handrails and safety guards are provided for all sections.
