We had an exciting and productive Success Day in

Dallas! Over 500 Distributors came from all over

the US, Mexico and Canada to tour Aloe Vera of

America and enjoy a fantastic afternoon training,

where we heard from some of our top North American

Distributors and talked about building our business

with F.I.T. Saturday morning started out with brunch,

hosted by Rex at Southfork Ranch, for the winners

of the Vital5 contest with delicious food, a private

tour and candid photos. After brunch, Distributors

gathered to hear presentations from Cynthia Hampton,

Carl Zander, Garin Breinholt and Rex Maughan

and were later recognized for all of their amazing

achievements. A visit to Southfork wouldnt be

complete without a Texas style barbecue lunch and

dancing! A special thanks to Rex, and to Mexico

Country Manager Eliecer Becerra, for helping to make

this Success Day such an overwhelming success!

"Instagram allows you to take, edit and share photographs and video almost instantly, utilising one easy-to-use app on your phone or tablet," says Ronald Kafesu, Forever UKs Social Media Executive. "Most people don't carry around their DSLR, ready to take a perfect photo at the opportune moment. But the majority do have their phone with them at all times. This, combined with the ability to edit your photos on the go, is what makes Instagram so useable." Because of its simplicity, Instagram is used by both multi-national corporations and one-man-bands alike, making it a great tool for networking and sharing your story with others. Here, we take you through the basics.

Getting started

Firstly, you will need to download the Instagram app onto your smartphone, iPhone, tablet or iPad via the App Store, Google Play or the Windows Phone store. Once the app has downloaded, tap 'register' and fill in your details. You can choose to register via Facebook so that your Facebook and Instagram accounts are linked, i.e. so that any pictures you post via Instagram appear on Facebook, and vice versa. This will also allow you to invite all of your Facebook contacts to connect with you, saving you the bother of inviting them all individually.

Now it's time to get creative. Instagram allows us all to become semi-pro photographers in our own right, with filters and effects to make that quick snap taken on your mobile look not dissimilar to a professional photograph. Once you've taken a pic perhaps a snap of one of your team getting recognized on stage at a Success Day event and you're ready to share it, follow these simple steps:

Instagram like Facebook and Twitter before it has taken the world by storm since its launch in 2010, with 155 million active monthly users and an average of 55 million photos shared daily. But what is it about this simple photo-sharing app that is so appealing to people?

One of the tools that makes Instagram so popular with users is its filter function. You can choose from a variety of special filters which give your photos a subtle yet professional look and feel. There are 20 different filters to choose from, but below are a few examples:

Tap to turn the border effect on or off.

VideoYou can also share videos via Instagram. Simply select the video icon, rather than the regular camera icon, to take the video, and then share in the same way you would with a photo. This is a relatively new addition to Instagram, so you may need to download a new version of the app if you can't see the video icon on your current version.

Get insta-spired!The best way to find out what kinds of posts will have an impact on your following is to check out what is trending. If the sun is out and everyone is posting pictures of ice creams and cocktails, why not create a new recipe with our Aminotein shakes and post a picture of the end product? "Instagram has recently launched a blog which looks at some of its most influential users, and what it is that makes them stand out from the crowd this is well worth a look." Instagram keyConfused by Instagram's icon-based functions? Our handy key explains the fundamentals:

Home: This icon brings you back to your Instagram home page.

Explore: See a stream of the most liked posts or search for people youd like to follow.

Camera: Take and edit pictures and instantly post for your followers to see.

News: Tap on this and youll find a news feed split into two sections: following and you'. Similar to your news feed on Facebook, the following feed will allow you to see updates and posts from the people you follow. The you tab will notify you if you have any new followers, or if anyone has mentioned or tagged you.

Tip: If you prefer the comfort of a desktop computer you can also manage your Instagram account from your PC by using a web-based version such as Statigram or Webstagram.

When I first came across the Forever opportunity 11 years ago, I had a lot of questions, but I saw the excitement in people and wanted to be part of it! I was a Nursing student in the Philippines, and my monthly allowance was only $50 a month, so I borrowed some money to buy my first kit of products. I used some of the products myself, and retailed the others to pay off what the kit had cost me. I became a Manager within six months while still in school, but made the mistake of not taking my achievement seriously. I was adrift in the world, and I looked at Forever as my Plan B At the time, I did not realize I was walking right past all of my dreams! I graduated in 2006 with a Bachelors degree in Nursing and flew to New York City to look for a job. Sadly, it took me more than a year to find one because I had no experience. Finally in 2007, I accepted my first job (in a Psychiatric ward!) but like a lot of people in the world, I was always looking for something better and to improve my life. I later landed a second job at one of the top hospitals in the world which I thought was going to be a dream job for me. For two years, I worked long hours and spent a lot of time on the road - my commute was two hours each way. I wondered what would happen if I had a family of my own someday, and how I would ever find the right balance between work and life? In 2010, I met my fiance and moved to Florida. I was offered a job at a nursing home health agency, and I had to obtain a second job at a nearby hospital to pay my bills. Dont get me wrong, I loved my nursing profession, but I was working so hard, that I had no time, no freedom and no security. I realized if I lost my job, I would probably be able to live on my savings for a few months, but then Id be in real trouble...

Finally, in December of 2011, I decided enough was enough. The clock was ticking and unless I was prepared to open my mind to other options, my life was going to continue on the same path - broke with no future. I realized that life is for LIVING, and not just for surviving Forever came back to my rescue in January of 2012, and Ive never looked back! During the last Super Rally in Phoenix, Arizona, my fiance and I were in awe as we saw all of the Qualifiers from around the world come together and celebrate what they had achieved. We also toured the Home Office, and I shook Rexs hand for the first time. We then visited Forever Nutraceutical and saw the manufacturing process behind our amazing products. That trip got me so pumped up and inspired, I honestly couldnt wait to get home and start working on my dreams! Forever is now my Plan A. I have developed strong ambitions, big dreams, and a burning desire to succeed. After consistently working on my business part time (but making sure to touch my business every single day), Ive made the best decision to go full-time with my Forever business now and Ive retired from Nursing completely. I achieved the Earned Incentive as well as Eagle Manager in 2012, and attended the Eagle Managers retreat in Sardinia, Italy in 2013. This year, we qualified for the Global Rally in London, achieved Chairmans Bonus and Eagle Manager and are attending the next EM Retreat in Lake Tahoe! These were just a few of the goals I had written down on paper... now, they have become a reality. My next goals for 2015 are to qualify for the Eagle Managers Retreat in Cancun, the Global Rally in Singapore, and Chairmans Bonus. These goals not only benefit me, but they also help those in my team to qualify for these incentives. I never imagined that Forever could change my life so drastically!They say if you love what youre doing, youll never work a day in your life - this was my case. I am always excited, having fun, experiencing new places, meeting new friends, and Ive enjoyed every bit of it. In the beginning, it was difficult to approach people, but then I realized it would be selfish of me not to share this amazing opportunity that not only changed my life, but millions of lives around the world. Forever has given me hope and excitement for the future. You are not asking for something from people; instead, you are giving them an opportunity that could change their lives forever!Believe that this is the right time and you are in the right place. The Forever world is growing very quickly, so dont get left behind. Dream with your eyes open And never, ever give up.
