Project Specific “bespoke” Tree Standard Tree with Flow Access Module

The FAM solution is located ‘off the tree’, it is independent of all major subsea hardware decisions, thereby enabling fast-track procurement and optimum use of existing or stock hardware, including subsea xmas trees.

ESSI Flow Access Module (FAM) is a universal ‘open standard’ enhanced production solution that enables Operators to realise the maximum value from their assets. The FAM hub is deployed at multiple locations including jumper hub, PLET or manifold. It is a safe access port for well or pipeline operations and is either retrofitted into existing subsea hardware or considered as part of a new field development strategy. The FAM modules are deployed using standard ESSI topside equipment and tooling. The modules can be used individually, concurrently or in combinations to provide a range of production optimisation solutions.

PIPELINE MAINTENANCE ACCESS The ESSI FAM system enables hydrate remediation and high volume flushing at the pipeline.

FAST TRACK PROCUREMENT The ESSI FAM hub is independent of subsea xmas tree or pipeline interface specification and requires no modification to the xmas tree and therefore enables ‘fast track procurement’ of associated hardware.
