The 12:270 is a self-contained extractor machine with built-in power brush and allows for deeper carpet extraction.
It is suitable for carpets, rugs, mats and hard floors and removes dirt situated deep down in the fibres.
By loosening and removing the deep seeded dirt, germs are being eliminated, improving the environment for your residents and increasing the life of your carpets and rugs.
The 12:270 was specifically designed to reach small areas with ease and simply switch between surfaces.

The Uniprof 340 is the perfect solution for professional cleaning on all flooring. It increases dirt pick up and reduces the drying time of your flooring by 20%.
Using its two counter-rotating brush rollers, dirt is quickly loosened and removed. Dirty water is discharged in a separate drum, leaving the floor deeply cleaned.
The robust casing of the Uniprof 340 guarantees long life, while the motor is audibly quieter than other comparable products on the market.
The brush pressure can be easily customised to adjust to different ground types.
