1.PREPARATIONA. Measure the floor’s hardness with concrete hardness Tester(refer to pg.7)B. Depending on the hardness of the concrete, different grits will be selected

2. GRINDINGA. Grind the concrete surface with the POLISYS machine with metal pads to obtain the best grinding results possible.

B. The grit order is as follows:● METAL 30 grit● METAL 60 grit

C. Clean floor with scrubber machine or Floor Care Kit(microfiber wet pad, squeegee frame, and handle squeegee.)

3.Honing (2nd GRINDING and POLISHING)A. With the same polishing machine, continue to the 2nd grinding processB. The grit order is as follow:● METAL 120 grit● RESIN 50 grit● RESIN 200 grit● RESIN 400 gritC. Clean floor with scrubber machine or Floor Care Kit

4. DYEING (COLOR APPLICATION)A. Apply POLISYS colors to dye the concrete floor. Use a pump sprayer or microfiber pad to obtain a better color penetration.

B. Wait for 1 to 2 hours until it is fully dry. Drying time varies depending on the porosity of the floor and atmospheric conditions.

5. DENSIFYINGA. Apply FLO-GREEN DENSIFIER with a pump sprayer to fortify the concrete floor. The concentrated solution of the Flo-Green DENSIFIER is to be mixed a 4:1 ratio with water. For example, 5 gallons of solution would be consisted with 1 gallon of Flo-Green DENSIFIER solution would be consisted with 1 gallon of Flo-Green DENSIFIER and 4 gallons of water. For the best results, saturate the floor evenly.

B. Wait for 1 to 2 hours until it is fully dry. Drying time varies depending on the porosity of the floor and atmospheric conditions.

6. CONTINUE POLISHINGA. This step using the same Flo-Green resin systemB. The grit order is as follows:

● RESIN 800 grit● RESIN 1500 grit● RESIN 3000 grit

7. PROTECTING AND BURNISHINGApply FLO-GREEN Protector with a pump sprayer to protect the polished concrete. The burnishing portion of the process enhances the look of the floor by providing a high-gloss or “wet-look” appearance.

8. COMPLETIONIn order produce the best results, these particular tools, machines, and steps must be followed. Also, apply the FLO-GREEN CLEANER when cleaning the floor In order to keep the floor shining as day one.
