We needed to finish this void extremely quickly as our client had already signed up the new tenant to move in just 5 Days after the void was raised. The work was carried out on a very low budget, and was completed for £925.37 this included a through clearance and extensive cleansing of the property, it was partly decorated where it was felt necessary and some minor overhauling of doors, windows and sanitary fittings. We had to use one of our specialised teams due to the nature of some of the tenant with special needs. All works were completed and handed back to the client within 4 working days. This void is in a building that is
