Strength workout Toning workouts aim to help you towards the toned beach body you’ve always wanted. Focusing on those problem areas (abs, hips, thighs and buttocks), with a bit of hard work you’re guaranteed to see results! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) A total body, heart-pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started. Holistic workout These classes will improve your flexibility, core strength and body conditioning. Expect to flatten your abs, strengthen your muscles and improve your posture with one of these popular classes. Dance-based fitness Move to the music, bounce to the beat, and roll to the rhythm of our dance-based classes. These classes are tremendous fun, energising workouts that tone your entire body as you dance your way to a fitter, healthier lifestyle. Combat fitness A typical combat fitness class is a great way of releasing some pent-up energy! Kick, punch or wrestle your way to improved fitness. Cancellations If you can no longer attend the class, please cancel your place to allow others to book in. Repeated offenders who do not cancel will lose booking privileges.
