August 24, 2012 The Center for Farm Financial Management has scheduled FINPACK training for ag producers and educators on October 2 and 3, 2012. This fast moving training session will use a case farm approach to give participants hands-on experience, covering all of the agricultural components of FINPACK. The training fee is $300 per person. The training session will be held in Room 119 of Ruttan Hall (1994 Buford Avenue) on the St. Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota (see enclosed map). Below are the starting and ending hours for each day of the session.

Tuesday, October 2 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Wednesday, October 3 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

We are asking those who attend this training session to bring a laptop computer with an external mouse. If your laptop is less than 5 years old (that is, it should have at least 512 MB RAM; 100 MB free disk space; Windows 7, Vista or XP), it will work with FINPACK. If you are unable to bring a laptop with an external mouse, let us know and we will make arrangements to rent a laptop for you at a cost of $50.
