The bus stops right outside the house, too. We also have Stanwick Lakes near to us and the new Rushden Lakes development including a variety of large retailers and plans for restaurants and an Imax cinema. There are plenty of schools around including Wellingborough, Kimbolton & Bedford Modern, the property also being within the catchment area for the well regarded Sharnbrook Upper School.”*
