Warm-up phase: Preparatory exercises: The first time I ran these exercise on the field, some simple sequences were used at the beginning: • handball passings with just one ball, indicating the colour of the team in possession • handball with two balls • move before and after a pass, changing space within the marked area • passings with feet • dribble after receivings (3/4 touches) • move before and after the pass, changing space with a teammate within the marked area 1) Colour possession game - the ball must be passed from the group of three players to the couple of the same colour on the other side through the center free player

2) Teams Duel: the ball must be passed from the group of three players to the couple of the same color on the other side through the free player. Variation: back passes toward the free player are allowed • ball possession only (keep the possession) • dribble over the end line to score a point • dribble over the end line and shoot on goal to score a point

1 v 1 (1): the goalkeeper decides the first receiver between the outer players on the rhombus, the center player attacks, and the one who has not touched the ball becomes defender

1 v 1 (b): the goalkeeper passes the ball to the center players who decides the forward between the side players and the one who has not touched the ball becomes defender

1 v 2 (1): the goalkeeper passes the ball to the center player who decides the forward between the outer players and the one who has not touched the ball, becomes defender together with the center teammate

1 v 2 (b): the goalkeeper passes the ball to the center player who decides which is the one to play on the wall passing sequence with; then he can dribble and whoot on goal. The two outer players become defenders

Variation: a center free player decides the first receiver and he always plays as a low vertex from the couple in possession.
