Find a Doctor Online ToolYou can easily find a doctor or facility that participates in your MVP Health Care® plan at mvphealthcare.com.

1 Visit mvphealthcare.com and select Find a Doctor.

2 Choose whether you want to search using a doctor’s name (Find a Doctor) or using the name of a facility (Find a Facility).

3 Enter your MVP Member ID number or, select Guest to get started. You can also search by your MVP plan name, which can be found on your MVP Member ID Card. Use the drop down arrow to choose from a full list of plan names.

4 Enter a zip code to search for doctors or facilities located within your area. You also have the option to select a Health Care Provider Facility.

5 Narrow your search even further by choosing More Search Options. Next, select Search to review the list of MVP participating providers that meet your search criteria. View provider profiles, hospital affiliations, and other information to help you make the best choice. You can compare up to three hospitals or provider profiles at one time!
