Last Sunday, Mr. Jeevan woke up late. He came down to the living room to

read the morning newspapers. He saw his wife and children and wished them a very pleasant morning.

His children were startled and they started laughing while his wife looked amused and puzzled. “What’s the matter. Do I look like a clown? ” he asked. “ Please take a look in the mirror”, his wife told him.

Mr. Jeevan looked at himself in the mirror. He was shocked and confused. He saw himself bald. He was sure, he had hair on his head when he went to bed last night

“ How is this possible?” he asked himself. He rubbed his head which was totally smooth and shiny. He walked into the bathroom. He was terrified to see bits of hair all over the floor.

Mr. Jeevan sat on his bed and tried to recall what happened last night. He slowly remembered. He had dreamt that his favourite football team won the World Cup.

He had vowed to shave his head bald if the team won. So he went to the salon to have his head shaved. He burst out laughing, “ I must have done it in the bathroom”, “Well, it looks like, I am sleeping walking again” said Mr Jeevan.

“Luckily, you didn’t dream of attacking robbers. I would have been the victim of your karate punches”, said Mrs. Jeevan sarcastically. Mr .Jeevan smiled broadly and

walked towards the bathroom to have his bath.
