This mounting instruction is for sprayers with EFC distribution system. The number of distribution valves may vary.

Before Mounting

Mounting Kit

The delivered parts are to be mounted on your HARDI sprayer.

They are used for controlling the spray fluid when spraying.

Mounting the Parts

Lift up the entire control unit with the black junction box facing away from the sprayer (towards you).

• The control unit is heavy, so get a helping hand.

Insert the red square pipe fully into the bigger square pipe pointing rearwards from the sprayer.

Keep loose cables away.

For some sprayers, there are two square pipes on the control unit.

Tighten the two bolts to fasten the control unit.

For some sprayers, the distribution valves have a different outlook, if a PrimeFlow system is included.

Remove the front cover of the black junction box by loosening the screws in the four corners.

• Turn off the power supply for the sprayer.

Lead the main cable with the 37-pin connector into the junction box through the hole in the left side.

This cable is connected to the JobCom on the sprayer.

Mount the black cable gland and the white nut to fasten the cable.

Now mount the 37-pin connector in the socket on the circuit board,

and secure it by tightening the small screws in each side.

The cable for the speed sensor, measuring the driving speed of the sprayer, is already attached to the main cable.

Now lead the speed sensor cable into the junction box as shown here.

Press the three conductors into the terminals.

Sequence from the left: Brown - Blue - Black.

The flow sensor cable is already attached to the main cable.

Now connect it by assembling the two connectors.

The red hose for the pressure gauge at the front of the sprayer, measuring the spray pressure, is already attached to the main cable.

Now connect it to the T-piece at the end of the line of distribution valves.

• Note the path of the red hose in behind the U-clamps.

Mount the front cover of the junction box.

Tighten the screws in all four corners.

Attach any loose cables with cable ties below or behind the control unit.

Connect the liquid hoses on the right side of the control unit:

Remove the U-clamp.

Insert the hose connector in the pipe.

Mount the U-clamp.
