After that to dust andto apply 1 hand of our Vinciruggine s.905in order to protect iron from atmospfericagents. In this way, the support can bepainted after some days or after someweeks with equal result. Before painting,we suggest to clean up the surface withwater jet and after to make dry. Applying1 hand of antirust and make dry for 24hours. In this way the surface is ready tobe painted with enamel. In order tochoose antirust and enamel, we suggestto follow painting cycles. So you will beable to select the right product in functionof the conditions of application andwhished results.

... iron already paintedIf the surface is in good conditions and ithas not rusty points, it is sufficient to rubdown, to dust and then to paint it directlywith enamel. If, instead, the surface is inbad conditions or however it has rustypoints, to remove with iron brush the partsthat are detached, to rub down withabrasive paper medium grain and then todust. Continuing, as for the new iron, toapply 1 hand of antirust and to make dryat least for 24 hours. In this way the surfacewill be ready to be painted with enamel.

Gli attrezzi necessari

Prima di cominciare la pitturazione è fondamentale assicurarsi di avere

tutti gli attrezzi necessari ad eseguire il lavoro:

pennelli di forma e dimensioni diverse; spazzola di ferro; stucco per ferro;

carta abrasiva a grana medio/fine; nastro adesivo;stracci puliti e vecchi giornali.

Spesso sul ferro nuovo è possibile trovare tracce di calamina, che si

presenta sottoforma di piccole scaglie nerastre. E' necessario, quindi,

carteggiare per rimuovere queste particelle. In seguito, bisogna spolverare

e applicare una mano del nostro Vinciruggine s.905 per salvaguardare

il ferro dagli agenti atmosferici. Così trattato, il supporto può essere

verniciato dopo alcuni giorni oppure dopo alcune settimane con uguale

risultato. Prima di passare alla verniciatura, si consiglia di lavare la superficie

con un getto d'acqua e lasciare asciugare. Applicare quindi una mano di

antiruggine e lasciare asciugare per almeno 24 ore. A questo punto la

superficie è pronta per essere verniciata con lo smalto. Per la scelta del

tipo di antiruggine e dello smalto è preferibile seguire i "Cicli di verniciatura"

consigliati, in modo da selezionare il prodotto giusto in funzione delle

condizioni di applicazione e dei risultati desiderati.

Se la superficie da verniciare è in buono stato e non presenta alcun punto

di ruggine, basta carteggiare leggermente, spolverare e quindi smaltare

direttamente. Se invece la superficie è in cattivo stato di conservazione

o comunque presenta dei punti di ruggine, togliere le parti che si staccano

con la spazzola di ferro, carteggiare con carta abrasiva a grana media e

poi spolverare. Proseguendo, come nel caso del ferro nuovo, applicare

una mano di antiruggine e lasciare asciugare per almeno 24 ore. A questo

punto la superficie è pronta per essere verniciata con lo smalto.

Antiruggine sintetica adatta alla protezione del ferro non zincato. Da usarsi

in tutti quei casi nei quali non sia richiesta una protezione particolarmente

prolungata nel tempo o resistenze agli agenti atmosferici.

Antiruggine sintetica ai fosfati di zinco s. 621

Antiruggine sintetica a base di fosfati di zinco, particolarmente indicata

per la protezione del ferro non zincato, per le quali sia previsto come

trattamento un ciclo alchidico tradizionale.

Res s. 623

Antiruggine a rapida essiccazione da utilizzare come protezione

anticorrosiva passiva o come prima mano di ancoraggio per cicli di

verniciatura a base di smalti oleosintetici o clorosintetici. Adatta per la

protezione del ferro non zincato.

Supertenax s. 612

Prodotto a base di nitrocellulosa, ottimo potere riempitivo e facile

carteggiabilità, caratterizzato da buon potere protettivo delle lamiere,

non disgiunto da rapidità di essiccazione.

Primer Epocrom s. 613

Antiruggine epossidica, caratterizzata da ottima aderenza, spiccata

Smalto sintetico ad alta copertura, inodore, adatto a risolvere qualsiasi

problema di finitura su legno e ferro.

Nelle versioni lucida e satinata, presenta massima solidità alla luce, buona

brillantezza. È etichettato come non nocivo secondo la direttiva CEE

Smalto acrilico all'acqua, inodore, idoneo per la protezione del ferro, legno,

sempre più diffusa di sostituire i prodotti tradizionali a solvente con

Finitura anticorrosiva inodore a base di ferromicaceo. E' la più efficace

risposta alle finiture di manufatti in ferro e strutture metalliche come

cancellate, grate e ringhiere, quando si voglia abbinare ad un eccezionale

potere anticorrosivo l'aspetto brunito tipico del ferro battuto. Particolarmente

resistente agli agenti atmosferici presenta un ulteriore vantaggio: data la

sua consistenza gelatinosa risulta facilmente applicabile e, non colando,

permette di raggiungere spessori più elevati aumentando la protezione.

Martex s. 267

Smalto sintetico applicabile a pennello, usato per ottenere il particolare

effetto decorativo detto "martellatura". Il prodotto è utilizzabile per la

verniciatura di mobili metallici, scaffalature, macchine utensili, apparecchi

scientifici, minuterie metalliche.

Relux s. 296

Smalto alchidico a rapidissima essiccazione. Particolarmente adatto per

la finitura di superfici in ferro trattate. Presenta un film lucido e un buon

potere riempitivo. Può essere applicato direttamente su lamiera

preventivamente sgrassata, su antiruggine nitro, su antiruggine a rapida

essiccazione. Il suo uso è particolarmente indicato nella verniciatura di

macchine agricole, rimorchi, particolari di veicoli industriali ossia in tutti

quei casi in cui si richieda oltre ad un buon effetto estetico la particolare

rapidità di lavorazione.

Cromloid s 270

Smalto nitro alchilico a base di nitrocellulosa. Particolarmente indicato

nei casi di lavori industriali in cui si voglia ottenere buona conservabilità,

...fer jamais verniSouvent sur fer nouveau il est possible detrouver des traces de calamine, qui seprésente comme de petites écailles noires.Il est nécessaire, donc, enlever ces écailles. Ensuite, brossez et appliquez une couchede notre Vinciruggine s.905 poursauvegarder le fer des agentsatmosphériques. Traité comme ça, lesupport peut être verni après quelquesjours ou bien après quelques semainesavec égal résultat. Avant d'éatler la couchede vernis , on conseille de laver la surfaceavec de l'eau et laissez-la sécher. Per le sue caratteristiche è un'ottima soluzione per la finitura sia su legno

che su ferro e muratura previa la normale preparazione del fondo. È

particolarmente indicato per effettuare tutti quei lavoretti necessari per

ripristinare o rifinire tanti oggetti che fanno parte del nostro vivere quotidiano.

Alluminio brillante s.705

Vernice alluminio idonea alla finitura di volte e terrazze, serramenti e

manufatti in genere, sottoposti a temperature di esercizio maggiori di 90°C,

per ottenere un particolare effetto decorativo. Grazie alla struttura lamellare

dell'alluminio in esso contenuto, risulta indicatissimo in tutti i casi di

impermeabilizzazione in bitume, quali manti di asfalto e cartoni catramati.

Presenta un alto grado di riflessione che permette alle strutture di non

assorbire i raggi solari con conseguente costanza della temperatura per il

solaio sottostante.

Alluminio bituminoso s.711

Vernice alluminio idonea alla impermeabilizzazione e alla finitura di

superfici in bitume quali asfalti, cartoni catramati, volte e terrazze.

Alluminio ad alta temperatura s.709 - S.710

Prodotto speciale a base di alluminio, adatto per la finitura di superfici

metalliche sottoposte ad elevate temperature. La serie 710 è resistente

fino a 350°C e la serie 709 fino a 650° C.

Vernice oro s. 708

Smalto decorativo a base di bronzo in polvere, particolarmente adatto

per decorare e dorare manufatti in ferro o legno.

Minio di piombo s.620 - Prodotto ad esclusivo uso professionale

Antiruggine ad alto contenuto di minio di piombo puro ed olio di lino cotto.

E' particolarmente indicato come protezione attiva del ferro, ma per le sue

peculiarità è tradizionalmente adoperato come fondo di preparazione per
