The Magnifier tool (2X) enables closer examination of complexes.

When the magnifier is used with the other tools, appropriate scaling occurs. Thus, the tools remain accurate.

The Overlay tool allows you to “grab” a part of the ECG, drag it, and superimpose it on another part of the ECG for comparison of morphology and timing.

The Interpret ECG tool is another feature that may be available on some questions.

It allows you to specify multiple diagnoses for a given ECG.

It is accessed via the Interpret ECG button as shown.

Feedback is provided after you click the Check Answers button.

The View ECG button returns you to the ECG.

Image Viewer

A variety of images may be provided in questions, feedback, hints or summaries.

Clicking on any image will open the Image Viewer, which allows you to zoom in and out and pan images as needed.

The Image Viewer can also be repositioned to allow underlying information to be visible.

Completion

If there are more questions to be completed, you will see a “Next Question” button.

If you’ve reached the end of the activity, you will see a “Done” button and the window will automatically be closed for you, returning you to the point where you accessed the activity.

Either a “Next Question” or “Done” button will be displayed.

Quiz Scores

Quizzes are very similar to Cases and Tracings except scores are kept.

Your scores on previously taken quizzes are available to you, and only to you.

You can clear your score for a quiz, thus enabling you to take the quiz again.

You do not have to complete a quiz at one sitting. Your scores are preserved across sessions.
