    job-related, and ederal-specifc, our certifcate program ocuses on

    the real issues that conront contemporary HR practitioners and

    managers. Courses required or the Level I Certifcate cover the

    conceptual, technical, and procedural knowledge and skills needed

    by the successul HR practitioner. Te Level II Certifcate courses

    build on these concepts and signifcantly broaden and expand the

    students competencies. Te Level III courses urther develop the

    analytical and consulting skills that equip the HR practitioner to

    serve as a valuable advisor to management. Te HRM Certifcate
