Work on site is in the very early stages – currently, they’re removing the asphalt and cleaning the earth to get it ready for piling, which should begin in spring 2017. SISK DISCUSS PROGRESS ON E03, CANADA COURT

E03, or Canada Court, is the biggest single development site Quintain, the developer behind the regeneration of Wembley Park, is undertaking in the area. Consisting of 743 apartments over a 91 space coach park, it is a massive undertaking. John Sisk & Son is the international construction company chosen by Quintain to deliver the entire plot from beginning to end. The team know the site well, they know how Quintain work, and it is their experience and innovation which we need to deliver a prestigious project like Canada Court.”

There is no doubt that Sisk is equally as enthusiastic about working on E03. This is its eighth project at Wembley Park, and the team behind delivering Canada Court are all highly experienced.

Ger Hayes, Project Director, is responsi-ble for the overall delivery of E03, liaising with Quintain and managing 30 staff, both onsite and in the office. As a family owned business with a 158 year history, Sisk values long standing relationships with its clients, and according to Ger the Sisk family are still involved; “Owen Sisk works closely with Quintain on the delivery of projects at Wembley Park.”
