Can you believe how much has happen already since the new year started? I am in awe of all of you! The way you are getting out there working your businesses and sharing this amazing gift we have with so many. Many of you this is your first year going through the 1st quarter of It Works! I must tell you, you are in for a RIDE! Every year

for those on the team that took off running when

the bonuses were announced and really dug their heels in and worked have seen massive growth in their businesses. I believe that each and everyone of you were made for greatness! I believe that each and everyone of you were made to goodness. TEAM SYSTEM CHALLENGE STARTING MARCH 1ST

If you would like to be apart of the team challenge please let me know. We have a page set up and ready to do. We will be doing weigh ins, before and after photos, meals and be there to encourage each other. Make sure you have THE SYSTEM items and the NEW IT WORKS! WRAP APP. We are going to track photos and make sure they are compliant for others to use.

THE RIGHT WAY TO SHARE THINGS ON FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

I just wanted to share a little today about sharing social media posts. We all love to share posts that we spend lots of time working on and get very excited when our friends and family start liking and commenting on it.

Occasionally we see someone else has a really great post that we could tweak and use ourselves. The trick to letting others use your post and to using our own version of other's posts is timing.

You see, as a potential customer you may have more than one It Works DT as your Facebook friend or be following more than one on Instagram or any social media site. When this potential customer or distributor sees more than 1 It Works Distributor with the same or very similar post, that post then loses its uniqueness and the

distributor(s) lose a little credibility and integrity with that potential customer or distributor. You no longer seem authentic to them anymore. (This is also why you have been encouraged to not copy and paste the "post of

the day" but to make it your own version of the idea you are given)So the trick to using someone else's post or your version of their post is timing. Do not use your upline, downline or sideline sister or brother's post 3 hours after they did. I have had this happen to me a lot recently and some of

these posts are ones I have worked very hard on and maybe was waiting until the right time to finally post it. Then 2 hours later I get on Facebook to find that 3 other distributors decided to copy and paste my exact same post already. At that point my unique and well thought out product or business opportunity post is no longer

unique or well thought out to anyone who might see it duplicated 3 times over by other distributors.You see I feel honored when another distributor uses my post and I love sharing them but not as much when they immediately copy and paste it as their own too. Instead, if you see a post that really speaks to you and you would like to use it as your own, save the post and use it another day. (If you do not know how to do this, get with your

upline for instructions on how to save the post and where to find it after you save it)Just yesterday I saw an awesome post by a sideline sister about the men of it works, so I saved the post to use or

use a version of, later. Then today I saw the exact same post by 5 others in my upline, downline and sideline. Some of them were one right after the next in my newsfeed. Then today I used a post I had saved previously and

within a few hours I have seen the exact same post by 4 other local distributors just since I posted it.My point is to be aware of how you look on social media to customers, potential customers and potential

distributors who may be not only watching you but other distributors too. Remember they aren't looking for cookie cutter people. They are looking for someone who thinks outside the box. Keep this in mind when posting

on any and all social media sites.I am so proud of this company and of being a CrAzY WrAp GiRl so let's keep showing the world how crazy we

are and they will keep being amazed by all we are accomplishing with these crazy wrap empires we are building.

SELF DEVELOPMENT BY STEVIE CHRISTIANWho do you want to be? What do you want to be capable of? What do you want?

If you can imagine it and believe it you can achieve it for your Essence has already become it.

In advance: the NLP Swish Pattern is initially meant to change a bad habit. In your mind you break through an image of an undesired starting position to

replace it with the ideal picture of You. To use it successfully, you need to be in a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. It's better if you are wide

awake for you have to focus on the images in your mind and not fighting your sleep. Here we go.

1. Explore the starting point. Check what is going on in the situation where you are not happy.(Example: job, relationships, financial) What happens just before it's getting bad. What is it that

usually precedes the undesirable situation?Make the picture as real as possible with sounds, colors, feelings, taste and smell. And feel your emotions as if this is the real situation. Make this picture complete and alive. Then put it aside.

2. Imagine yourself in your ideal state. See yourself with your mind's eyes as whole, perfect, strong,powerful, harmonious, loving and happy as can be. (Example: use your Dream Board to help you!)Make it a real attractive picture. It must be compelling and irresistible to you. If you see this would

you ever go back into that starting situation? Of course not!

3. Now take the image of the starting position and make it bright. Feel how you don't like it. Next,take the ideal picture and put it in the middle of the starting position but pull it back as if in a

slingshot. Pull it back as far as you can until you can only see a tiny spot in the middle of your picture. Feel the resistance of the rubber band. Keep it a moment and then...

4. Say WOOSH or SWISH while you let the slingshot go and let it burst through your starting pictureand replace it completely. See your ideal and feel the difference. Enjoy this moment a little while.

5. Think a moment of something completely different, like your phone number backwards, beforeyou do it once again. Repeat this procedure 5 times, each time faster and faster until the ideal picture

automatically takes over in a fraction of a second.

6. Test the result by looking at the starting situation. If it is not immediately replaced by the idealpicture repeat the whole procedure a few times again.

Wake up every morning picturing this ideal situation that you see as perfect. Just like the secret, apply it a few times a day by just reminding yourself "oh this is happening!"

AH-HA MOMENTS FROM #ONE2016

Conference just blew my mind. My cup is overflowing and I'm so pumped up to go get another heifer!!!!!! I'm rebuilding my team and I'm done taking crap from people who don't want me to succeed!! I'm done working my butt off for someone else's paycheck and I'm ready to really run with new people who want it bad like I do! I literally bawled during the entire Overcoming Obstacles panel. It spoke to me about giving back. There's a reason we are all here and there's a reason we hit bonuses like we do. Take advantage of it people I'm telling you. Next conference get to it, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. - STEVIE CHRISTIAN

I want to say that our AH HA moment was when we heard about the Give Back. I knew that the company gave back, but I never realized how much. That is something to be proud of. The lives that change from that is amazing. Blitzing has always been a challenge for me. After hearing the stories and talking to other people I have a new outlook on blitzing. While sitting in a room with 20,000 people I watched to Black Diamond Stephani Dunn hold a stack of food bank pamphlets and she still got emotional when telling us that she will always keep those as a reminder of where she came from and she knew the reason she and Joel had to hit rock bottom and lose basically everything was so that she could have compassion for those she was going to help later in life. When she was in that terrible place, she couldn't figure out why her? Why did all of these bad things have to happen to her? But there WAS a reason for her and Joel to go through this, they had to be able to look back later to those that need this opportunity and say to them, "I've been there. I know exactly what you are going through"And in that moment I realized, this is an amazing gift we all have and this gift could save someone from a life of foreclosure, car repossession and food bank lines. I must make sure I share the opportunity with everyone because it could be their saving grace- KATIE CRACE

This was my first conference I was so amazed and inspired. Everyone that walked across that stage and told their story was sogenuine and real and it gave me a sense of confidence. I loved that they told their stories and said they were in the back of the roomjust a year or two ago so if they could do it, anyone could do it. I loved the saying that you have 2 D days in this business, one is theday you get started and the other is the day you decide to get over yourself and get to work!!!I want to give a huge shout out to Trisha Eckman, our amazing leader, who goes above and beyond to encourage us every day butespecially when the bonuses were announced. I just wanted to take a second to let everyone know how proud I am of our team. There are so many of us stepping out of our comfort zones and making things happen for not only ourselves but our families. Last

year was an amazing year for our team but 2016 is going to be epic. There are so many of you that have become close friends of mine and I consider you all my family. Im not sure about all of you, but I have a fire in my belly like no other right now. I am so hungry for success, to help my team succeed, and to help change

lives. We are now in the busiest time of the year with our company. January-April hang on all, it will be a wild and amazing ride. Remember you will only get out of your business what you put into it. Make sure you are sitting down now and really digging deep. Ask yourself, what do I want for my myself, my family, and my

business this year. Make sure are sitting down and writing down your goals. To see your goals on paper everyday is so powerful. Post you WHY anywhere and everywhere. Let it be a constant reminder why you

decided to take this amazing journey with us.

I am especially proud of those of us who decided to join and challenge ourselves in the Destination to Diamond group Lisa Fuller and Sandy Durre put together for all of us. These two ladies has done so much for us in the last few days and I appreciate it more than they both probably know. Those of you who joined these challenges over the course of January decided NOW IS THE TIME!! You are serious and ALL IN. The people

that joined these challenges are not messing around and I promise if you stick this month out and complete all the challenges thrown your way to your best potential, big big things are going to happen for you. For the

others that decided not to take part in challenges thats ok too. It may just be bad timing for you is all. There will be other challenge groups to get involved in throughout the year and hopefully by then you will decide that time is your time. This journey is our own individual journeys, we all work at different paces, thats the

beauty of owning your own business. We kicked off the year with an amazing training on the 5th with Sandy Durre and Jodi Buschur. They filled

our buckets with lots of good stuff to get us off and running in 2016. I hope all that attended enjoyed the training and was able to walk away with new information and knowledge to help you along your journey.

I would like to recognize Lori Mathis and Beverly Gervasi. These two amazing women had one heck of a January. The way that these two have taken control of their teams and made things happen for everyone is simply amazing. They both are going huge and they are taking their teams right along with them. A want to give a huge thank you to Breanna Lutton and Jennifer Easterday for leaving a day early, driving down to Florida, and taking so many things for those of us that were flying.
